Can I change plans?

Yes. You can switch between Starter, Business, and Enterprise at any time. When you upgrade, features such as Fraud Radar and the Safe suite are available immediately after the change.

What does “unlimited invoices” mean?

On Business and Enterprise there is no fixed cap on how many documents you can review each month. Billyr is designed to scale with you and stay fast and accurate even with high document volume.

Is there a trial?

You can test Billyr on the Starter plan to see Smart Matching in action. For larger agencies we also run guided pilot phases to validate integration in your specific software stack.

How do I get an Enterprise quote?

For volumes from 50 employees upward or custom needs around the Custom API and SLAs, we are happy to prepare a tailored offer. Use the contact button on the Enterprise plan for a strategy call.

How secure is my data?

Data security is top priority. Billyr is fully hosted in Germany and meets all GDPR requirements. All transfers are encrypted, and your project data is used only for automated invoice matching.
