Contracts until T&C version 1.0
Until a dated version with legal effect is published on this page, individual agreements in text form (e.g. offer, order confirmation, email) and statutory provisions (German Civil Code, BGB) govern contractual relationships. Legal clauses (scope of services, liability, term) are typically agreed per case or in a separate framework agreement.
Contracting party
The service provider is Ali Hussein (brand “Billyr”) — legally and for tax purposes as stated in the legal notice, unless a written agreement names a different party.
